As a business, our team are working throughout out all of our restaurants and events to ensure that we are as environmentally friendly as possible. We know how much of an impact taking small steps as a food business can have on the environment.
The main areas we are focusing on are to limit waste going to landfill and reduce harmful emissions. We do this by:
-Reducing the plastic and paper used in our restaurants using compostable packaging, and displaying menus on screens.
-Reducing food waste by planning our menus to ensure we order the right amount of food.
-We provide coffee beans on site for customers to take home for use in their gardens
-Reduce Food Miles by buying from one supplier instead of multiple.
-Clear and segregated waste systems on sites ensuring waste is recycled and disposed of correctly.
