School Catering

Bringing your students together 

Each of our customers are different, and we are experts at managing this. We build relationships with our customers and the students and work hard to understand the student’s needs. From the day that Brook begins working with you, our team research your school and work with you, the students, and the parents in order to create a menu that caters to everyone’s requirements. Once we have created this, we will evaluate and monitor your restaurant and change your menus, theme days and events regularly in line with this.

School Initiatives 

With other schools we work with, we have several initiatives in place in order to encourage student involvement. For example, in one secondary school our chef and onsite manager holds a monthly meeting with the ‘school restaurant board’ which is a board comprised of a student from each year. This gives the students ownership over the restaurant, but it also provides them with the opportunity to discuss menus, theme days and so on.

Menu Planning & Health 

We encourage all schools we work with to use technology daily to give students and parents an overview of what can be expected on the daily menus for the week ahead. We also carry out theme days and talks that we link with suppliers and our Health & Wellness Ambassador Derval O'Rourke constantly teaching students about a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
